Derryveagh Snow Storm

An early jaunt with the then new Nikon Z7. It was early February, enough snow on the forecast to make the long drive to Donegal worth the expense, not so much that the mountain road would be hairy.

Donegal never disappoints. Seriously, there is always some mind bending light to be found draping itself over its rock, ocean and glen.

This, a crop of a wider scene shows another wave of soft snow erupting around Slieve Snacht, the bald dome cap of the Derryveagh Mountains.
