Berghaus Expeditor Gaiters

These have a special place in my heart. An oul’ git of a boss and I parted ways. I felt like I had built his company for him and on leaving received less than a thank you.

As I left the building his wife met me, whispered something I’ll keep to myself and handed me a thank you card, with a decent voucher for my favourite outdoors shop.

These were one of the items I was happy to buy with my voucher. Back then I wouldn’t normally have been in a position to afford such quality gear, especially after chucking an executive role for who knew what.

A sound purchase, with me nearly a decade now, and still totally up to the job.
